Shipping and Returns
At Pareme, we’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase. Whilst we do not offer refunds or direct exchanges, we are happy to issue store credit for eligible returns.
Return Eligibility:
* Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* A valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue the store credit via email which can be used at any time toward a future purchase.
Please Note:
* We do not accept returns on sale items.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
* Store credit does not expire and can be used sitewide.
